Can ChelseaAI place a trade without me asking it to?

No. ChelseaAI acts only on an explicit instruction from you. It does not run automatically, respond to price levels, or act on a schedule. Every action originates from something you type in the conversation.

What happens if I give ChelseaAI an ambiguous instruction?

The AI will interpret the prompt as best it can and confirm the action before executing. If you are unsure how it has interpreted your instruction, check the confirmation before it goes through. Your in-platform audit log records every action if you need to reconcile afterwards.

Can ChelseaAI access my account on a demo and a live account?

Yes. ChelseaAI is available on both demo and live ThinkTrader accounts. Starting on demo is recommended if you are new to using an AI assistant for trading; it lets you see how ChelseaAI interprets your prompts before using it on a live account.

What is the difference between read-only and full access?

Read-only lets ChelseaAI see your account, prices, positions, balances, and history, but it cannot place or modify trades. Full access adds execution: ChelseaAI can place orders, modify stop losses and take profits, and close positions on your instruction.

Can I change my permission level after connecting?

Yes. You can switch between read-only and full access, or revoke ChelseaAI's access entirely, from your account settings at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
